bn33 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Obligations

1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the bn33 website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services accessible at bn33.io.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bn33 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by You on the bn33 Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of funds held in Your Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any credits, free bets, or promotional amounts credited to Your Account that are subject to separate wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer verification process required by bn33 before processing withdrawals, involving identity and address documentation.
• "BDT" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole currency supported for transactions on the bn33 Platform.

• "Casino" refers to the online casino section of the bn33 Platform, including live dealer tables, slot games, and speciality games.

2Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the bn33 Platform in any manner, You agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the Platform, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual game or promotion rules, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. bn33 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on bn33, You must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, and the funds in your Account belong solely to you.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or family member of an employee of bn33 or any affiliated entity.
• You are not subject to self-exclusion on the bn33 Platform or any platform operated by an affiliated entity.
• You have not previously had an Account closed by bn33 for breach of these Terms or fraudulent conduct.

bn33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bn33 may result in suspension of account access and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

4Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Requirements

To register an Account, You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number capable of receiving OTP verification. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the bn33 Platform at any one time. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bn33 employs automated and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be closed and any accumulated balances or bonuses may be forfeited at bn33's discretion.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. bn33 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify bn33 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.4 KYC Verification

bn33 is required to conduct identity verification before processing withdrawals. You will be asked to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID Card or passport) and, in some cases, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. bn33 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and verified. All KYC documents are handled in accordance with the bn33 Privacy Policy.

5Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

bn33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer from supported Bangladeshi banks including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Sonali Bank. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed from time to time at bn33's discretion.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Account cashier section and may vary by payment method. bn33 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice to Players.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. This policy exists as an anti-money-laundering safeguard. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours of submission. bn33 aims to complete approved withdrawals within 1–3 business days depending on the payment method. MFS withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed faster than bank transfers.

5.4 Currency

All Account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on the bn33 Platform are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bn33 does not support multi-currency accounts. No currency conversion is applied to any transaction on the Platform.

5.5 Funds Integrity

You confirm that all funds deposited into your bn33 Account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. bn33 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies in respect of any investigation into the source of funds deposited on the Platform.

6Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses offered by bn33 are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable), and bonus expiry dates are specified on each individual promotion page. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these conditions before opting in to any promotion.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit bonuses through irregular play patterns — including but not limited to low-variance betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or collusion with other players — constitutes bonus abuse. bn33 reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse derived winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is determined to have occurred.

6.3 Promotional Modifications

bn33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is modified after a Player has already opted in, bn33 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Players. If a promotion is ended early, any wagering requirements already in progress will remain active for a reasonable period as notified.

7Gameplay Rules

All games available on the bn33 Platform — including live casino tables from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, and speciality games including Lucky Piggy and Money Wheel — are governed by the rules published within each individual game. In all cases the game rules as displayed within the game interface take precedence over any general description on the Platform.

The outcome of all casino games is determined by certified random number generation (RNG) or by live dealer action using physical equipment subject to regulatory standards. bn33 does not manipulate game outcomes. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are accurate at the time of publication. Where a technical fault causes an incorrect game result or payout to be displayed, bn33 reserves the right to void the affected round and return wager stakes to the Player.

For sports betting, all wagers are governed by the sportsbook rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type. bn33 reserves the right to void or amend bets where events are abandoned, where incorrect odds are published due to a system error, or where a bet has been placed on a suspended market.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bn33 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using or attempting to use automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities — any such exploitation must be reported to bn33 immediately at [email protected].
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing or any conduct that undermines the integrity of sports events covered by the bn33 sportsbook.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds through the Platform as a means of money laundering or financial concealment.
• Accessing the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion restriction.
• Permitting or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including family members.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic or account-level access restrictions.

9Responsible Gaming

bn33 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Players are encouraged to treat gaming as a form of entertainment and to set personal limits that reflect their financial circumstances. All content on the bn33 Platform — including but not limited to the bn33 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of bn33 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, adapt, or create derivative works from any content on the bn33 Platform without the prior written consent of bn33. Unauthorised use of bn33 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

11Privacy and Data Protection

bn33 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, You consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• bn33 collects personal data necessary for account registration, KYC verification, payment processing, and customer support.
• bn33 does not sell your personal data to third parties.
• Data is stored using industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bn33 shall not be liable to You for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption, even if bn33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bn33's total liability to You in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by You into your Account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bn33 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, that it will be free from errors or malware, or that the results obtained from use of the Platform will meet your expectations. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability.

13Account Termination

13.1 Closure by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting the bn33 support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited upon closure.

13.2 Closure by bn33

bn33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent conduct, failure to complete KYC verification, abusive behaviour towards support staff, or at the direction of a relevant authority. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than Player misconduct, any real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

14Amendments to These Terms

bn33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bn33 will provide reasonable notice to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 13.
